In addition, the Board of Directors declared the first quarterly dividend payment of its fixed rate perpetual non-cumulative preferred shares, Series A, of $ 5.59 per share, equivalent to $ 0.13975 per custodian share. The Custodian’s shares representing the Series A Preferred Shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BOH.PRA”. The dividend will be payable on August 2, 2021 to shareholders of record of the preferred shares on July 16, 2021.
